Mark Clement - Non-Executive Director
Mark Clement was appointed to the Board in March 2003. He is Chief Executive Officer of Merlin Biosciences, the biotechnology investors, and was co-founder and Finance Director of Celsis International plc. Prior to this, he spent over nine years working in corporate finance in London, including founding and running a corporate finance consultancy for several years.
He is a chartered accountant and Fellow of the Securities Institute. He has a BSc in Economics from the University of Birmingham.
